Thank you for not rushing it and truly wanting to provide us with the best experience possible. We certainly don't mind waiting another week or so.

I bought The Witcher 3 last night...this makes next week soooooo much easier! :D

Maybe this is why it is delayed!! Everyone over at FD is suddenly feeling sick and probably won't be able to come in to work next week!! :eek: :D

So, can we talk about 1.4? :).

Got the Witcher 3 for free when I upgraded my graphics for my Linux box. so this clears that (although can I wait for the Linux client to appear?)

So yes..in theory, but let's be honest...what would that have meant if you had said it to someone else about something you are working on? ;)

Oh boy, even the announcement of a postponement to the beta and launch of this major update is exciting! Until the beta good commanders... keep the intrigue hidden and the knifes of persuasion sharp!

The cake is baked when it's ready.

I was wondering when you mentioned that some points still hadn't been tied down in the status update whether it might be best to let it cook for a little longer.

Anyway, we'll all be here ready to break, sorry, test the beta release once it's ready. Hopefully you won't set a date for the full release either so that you have a good time to work through the bug reports and fix it in a calm and steady manner.

P.S. It will give me more time to build up enough cash to make my defence craft battle ready. I need to defend the Frog star system if the Federation tries to muscle in.

I know, I just want to live in denial. Maybe thinking it WILL come out next week will give me patience not to go freeze myself in the closest mountain range. The clock has been on the same hour/minute for what feels like the last month :p On the bright side we don't have Star Citizen length delays...

I'm very excited to see what's in store when beta releases, and looking forward to breaking testing the heck out of it.

Good stuff. Quality over speed (although i'll still be expecting some bugs, a release wouldn't be the same without them :D).

Besides, i get to stay out exploring even longer!
