The video clearly labels the body as Kuwemaki. Either the system is Kuwemaki, or it's typical FD in that they release mock-ups rather than in-game content.
Definitely a mockup - it might be labelled as A3 in the video but it's something like the 7th or 8th planet and Kuwemaki A3 is an HMC anyway.

Actually, guys, the video clearly labels the
surface starport as "Kuwemaki A 3". The planet itself is not named, though a freeze-frame of the transition between star and planet shows it to be the eighth planet in the system.
Pretty sure there's no such starport as "Kuwemaki A 3", on any planet of any number. Nothing in Inara by that name. Be pretty confusing if there was, since it's clearly the name of a planet. I would also point out that the starport is not indicated on the system map, with the little "skyscrapers-and-crescent" symbol usually used for a landable planet with surface port. (I'm guessing this is why the OP is asking about this star system in connection with Raxxla, since it seems to be showing a "secret base" not otherwise visible on the system map.) The icon used for the surface port is also different; clearly, it is either a complete mock-up, or uses some in-game footage that has had the surface port added by CGI.
I would tend towards "complete mock-up", primarily because the star is obviously a dim K-class orange dwarf star, yet there's a bucketful of lava worlds and HMCs, all the way out to planet number 11 and perhaps beyond. A very improbable configuration. There are, however, more stars in the system (as indicated by the bracket attached to the primary star) so that could be the source of any extra heat. While the star type and configuraiton is a good match for Kuwemaki, the rest of the system is not.; Kuwemaki A 3 is the last planet orbiting Kuwemaki A, and does not have rings.
One thing's for sure: with multiple stars present, it's not the SingleLightTest system.
