I tried 5 HD with 66% and a reinforced Prismatic with 40 or 45% optimal multiplier and I got something like 4.2k shield.

Hmm, I could be mistaken. Is that a +45% to optimal strength, or a 145% optimal strength?
I'm not really sure, I did it earlier on Coriolis. I put them on best and added some to the percentages.
Increase percentages and final percentages are not the same are they? It's too late for this ...

I just checked Coriolis. The "best" values don't seem to include secondaries, and you can get a significant bonus to optimal strength with this, but a total bonus of 40-45% should be pretty representative of anything less than a 'god roll'. I plugged in some of the best numbers I've ever seen on the reinforced rolls and came up with figures not far above your 4.2GJ.
I was probably thinking of the proportional increase possible with the Vette...which has a high enough hull mass to gain significantly from increases to optimal mass as well as optimal strength...the Anaconda can't see these benefits because the hull mass is already below the minimum mass value of the shield generator.
