Report issues using the Issue Tracker

After Update 10 of Odyssey got new issue on SRV Scarab - can take only 1 cargo unit, no matter is it materials or container, can't transfer it to ship, cargo hold panel just continue to shine "cargo/materials aquired". Helps only to board the ship, then unboard and continue.

I still got issue to log back after the menu, just got black screen!

EDH on PC after update 10: Quitting the game leaves a black screen. Always needs to be killed by task manager.
Long standing issue made worse with update 10. Now it's always the case.
All tracker issues have been left to expire by fdev:

The oldest such and surprisingly still open issue seems to be https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/791
And yes, also still happening to me in Odyssey.
 
If not a hot topic, no CMDRs would go there to confirm the issue, and FDev are too lazy to read them.
Only those bugs which everyone is talking about can be fixed, small daily bugs always fade out and keep haunting us because no one is so free to go there to "confirm"

This thing is useless.

Hi this is Barry’s son Damian my dad had a op the other month on his AVM's in his brain and the op went wrong he had a major stroke and was left with a lot of problems he can't speak or type. Also walk properly without Botox injections in his leg and then he still has trouble walking. He has not got capacity to valet bikes and he will not improve.

Give Barry a hug! I've been hollering him (just a quick o7) every time I saw him coming online, and will be doing that for as long as I can. I never expect a reply, I just hope he'll know he isn't flying alone, because he isn't! He's got a lot of online friends, who probably all do the same.

My thoughts are with you all, and hope your situation will improve one day!

Issues tracker says I can't submit a report. Oh, and a support tickets gets me no where because the techs just keep offering excuses and keep demanding more proof than the screen shots I've submitted that clearly shows the issue. Is FDev even supporting this game anymore?

We had a while last year of the top 20 issues threads, which highlighted the fundamental problems with the Issue Tracker quite nicely, but since the break at the start of the year they seem to have stopped.

I noticed that after Update 11 was released somebody went through and did a manual cull of all unconfirmed issues once again, even ones that are still current issues. We have now broken 28,500 "expired" issues though which is quite impressive, and we're up to 362 confirming already... Can we really carry on like this? A situation where we're directed to the Issue tracker and then after every couple of updates all non confirmed issues are manually marked as expired?

I saw an issue titled "Twitch Drops. Can't claim rewards on twitch.frontierstore.net" So I thought I would be helpful and reply to tell them (if they ever bothered to check again as there's no notification system) that you no longer need to claim the drops there. But I can't.

The Contributions page is still not working as it only shows the same 4 issues out of the apparent 50, regardless of which page you're on. And they're issues I created, not contributed to.
