In-Development RGB Keyboard support for Elite

I bought a keyboard: RAZER CYNOSA CHROMA PRO. It works perfectly with Aurora. You can add it to the list of working devices. :)

@Arthur Z.

Just installed the Aurora v0.81, but cant get it to work, as the v0.81 likes to work with the older Logitech LGS driver software!
i have the LGHUB installed, many other games i can see on the left side besides ED also, but when i click on ED, i only can see a few different colored keys...

Is this all?

i remeber the first java release, where an nice System jump or fsd jump was very cool animated keyboard colors on my G910 Keyboard.

But now it looks very ordinary to me..

And, where can i find the ED Profile? Is it implemented in the Aurora Soft? If so, i cant find it in there / cant manage to run it

thanks, cheers

P.S. Any good instruction video out, where we can see on how to install this correctly with new LGHUB 2020.4.47660 Logitech Software? LGS from Logitech isnt supported anymore!
But the Installer from Aurora 0.81 requires to do some steps in LGS Software at installation point! And this Software cant be installed anymore!

My Hardware: Logitech G910 Keyboard, G900 Mouse, G933 Snow Spectrum Headset, Asus Maximus Apex IX Mainboard with Lighting_Control_10429 installed, NZXT Kraken X62 LED Watercooling with CAM Software 3.78
Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS, 2x 8" LCD Cougar MFDs, Target 3.0.18.328 TrackIR5, HTC VIVE

Also i cant find a single one profile / overlay for Elite Dangerous on the https://modworkshop.net website

You have to set the devices and wrappers up (I have a GPro) then go to Device Manager

It doesn't always start properly (since a recent update to GHub or v0.81 of Aurora) so restart all or start just the logitech one

If that doesn't work, try Task Manager, end task on Aurora, then re-launch it.

Then you have to set GHub up as well - bit fiddly, but you need to set the "allow games to control lighting" option...

...and that usually fixes it:

In GHub, on the first screen, click the settings button (top right) and you get the App Settings, the 3rd item is "Allow Games to..."
You also need to turn ARX control off (third sub menu next to App Settings and My Gear)
The jump animation is weird (only the column of keys on the left light up) but everything else works perfectly (sometimes I have to I restart Aurora as described above).

If your keyboard looks a bit like my screen shot above (and assuming you have not changed the default layers too much) then Aurora is working.

hm..weard.. i have done all the settings

..so the jump animations arent working correctly at the moment?

but thats the main thing, which is interesting in all this -.-

On my keyboard, countdown works as expected, jump is glitched to just the 6 keys down the left (plus the G logo) and the flash on arrival in system works as expected...and the highlighting shows the actual bound keys for what ever game state I happen to be in...

so i dont have to play around with this window?

i thought that i have to install kinda *.xml file overlay / profile somewhat in there to get the animations to run..

Looks like it is working to me...in game? Note that it takes a few seconds to kick in after you enter the ship in ED.
