This ticket has been raised by myself and others in various guises, it has been confirmed/acknowleged. I think folk now vote on whether they consider it a serious issue or not. Since its a fundemental part of game play I think it is a very serious issue. If you also have this issue "Please VOTE" and maybe FD development will fix it!!.
 
I only had the game for around 3 weeks before the Arx update. I can only thank my lucky stars that they closed the store before the update and thus prevented me from purchasing Horizons. It was the space game I have been looking for all my life and I was loving it, and then came Arx and now it's unplayable for most of the time. I thought it was going to get fixed since it's a fundamental part of the game, but here we are still experiencing server connection issues that were never an issue before the update. Didn't they mention something about changing the missions boards and mission update times ? ( Maybe they should look into that as a source for the current problems ) Anyway, I won't be purchasing any more content for a game that's unplayable, until it's fixed, and if it's not fixed soon I'm applying for a full refund. I was thinking about compensation for lost gaming hours too but I can't afford OJ Simpsons lawyer....

Yes I bought the game on August 17th and shelled out the full £39.98 for FD with Horizons. I absolutely love the game and yes I became a FD addict overnight.
The game worked perfectly before the September update, but now it doesn’t. So I feel gutted and a bit ripped off. Maybe I should have word with Sony who are still selling the game and are also selling Ark packages!!
 
So now I see my incident report for Xbox mission boards, and Mike The Wally's for PS4. Has anyone submitted one for PC that they can link here so all the platforms are represented so people can contribute and upvote for their platform?
 
When’s the store reopening on PS4? I want to give you some Money.
Both Stores been open for a long time in Uk since day one of the patch...
its just users are not seeing the PSN store and the Fdev account share info very well and transfer the Arx... lol after purchase but both stores are open but just don't expect your purchase to show up in game from the PSN store as thats were the issues are...

is it normal that the black tactical and ice white paint for the cobra mk 3 disappeared ?
There are more paints missing from the store after the update.
They will come back in the coming days according to Fdev.

I'd really love to see an answer from FD specifically about those paints - not the generic one.
Tactical Ice and Tactical Graphite are missing from the shop for all the ships that had it available - while the rest of the tactical pack is there.
If one had it purchased the tactical pack before the update, the paints are there to be used - i have them on my Vette and my DBX.
 
Except the tactical graphite for iCourier. I bought it before september update and it's present in my livery, store and on my ship. I'm only guessing now, but I think there is something wrong with black or other dark paintings. First problem was with DBX "black operator" paint (posted here on forum and on issue tracker site). I see some problem also with "precision black". I'm quite sure the paint was darker before update. Now "precision black" is mildly grey-blue.

I swear to God Frontier I spend more time reporting issues on issue tracker than I do in the game sometimes, just reported another load of issue I just encountered...

Is it all right with you if I play the game I paid for now?, will you address those issues I just reported and others have reported or mark them as invalid because it's a duplicate and give me a link to it that doesn't work, maybe make me redo the whole thing again on a duplicate should the links work? - Perhaps you'd have me sit spending more of MY time searching the thousands of listings for my issue instead, maybe you'd just like to ignore them and lave them in game instead, No kick in the face here for players at all??! - When do I get to play Frontier hmm? - If you want this level of effort PAY ME!

I'm done reporting issues! - It's becoming a joke and a farce!

Since the update iv been unable to collect just void opels. I can get low temp diamonds no problem but void opels don’t show on radar when broke off the asteroid I can still manually select them and scoop them but nothing goes into my refinery or cargo. without changing anything or even leaving to a new ring I can get nano diamonds just not void opels. Before any reply’s saying are you sure your cargo scoop is activated yes everything on my end is fine i was happily mining for void opels when I got kicked offline for server maintenance and then the update come back online and voids was broke. iv changed ship 2 times tried several different ice rings in different systems in and out the bubble the asteroid 10000% has void opels iv even used solo for the first time to see if that would fix it but nope same there. So now I have to mine low temp diamonds knowing I’m doing the same work for half as much credits smh so far iv cracked about 20 void opel asteroids to find I can’t collect any of em 😢

Have you got void opals on ignore in your left panel?

If you take your time to report a bug, making sure 400 people haven't already reported it is part of the process, as you're supposed to confirm the reported issues instead of adding unconfirmed duplicates. That's standard in all projects for which you can report bugs, duplicates are removed everywhere cause they're not useful. And when I write "all projects" and "everywhere", I don't mean gamedev only. Chrome, Firefox, VLC, whatevs... duplicates are deleted on their bug trackers too.

Listen I am not searching thousands of issues!, my time! - If it's a duplicate they used to merge them whe you reported on the forums, the link I was given to the 'duplicate' doesn't even work! - on top of that rather than a merge option, I'd have to redo the whole thing! - NO! - They can go and waste someone elses time. Man defending the indefensible of bad developers is such a thing it makes me puke!

FYI - the standard used to be you'd have inhouse alpha and beta testers that were PAID! - The september patch isn't even suitable for public beta release never mind a public full release, there are still alpha level issues in the game!

Sorry if you're sick, maybe you need to check what you're eating... but once again the forum way was taking more time for everyone, cause QA had to moderate the forum section AND copy/paste everything in their internal bug tracker. With the new system they clean duplicates once and that's it. While the broken link is not cool, a search is like a few seconds.

Now, if you prefer to not help reporting bugs cause it's taking too long, then don't. But getting mad cause you would rather lose more time ranting here than doing a search before submitting an issue doesn't help anyone, really.

Ah, you're reminding me of the people arriving on a forum to ask questions and that doesn't take 20 seconds to do a search that would list 20 threads with the same question and the answers already there.

I'm ignoring your answers the same as you ignored the bulk of what I wrote, a little like FD and the bugs, reports, players, etc., so I'll leave this instead, says it all!

Well it is clear that Frontier is ignoring the mission board error. They marked mine as invalid for being a duplicate despite having 8 contributors and the link to the so called Xbox duplicate is a dead link. I searched for another before creating mine and they were ALL old at the time. This new incident reporting system is trash.
