bit judgmental, and unnecessary, the inconvenience only lasted about 4 minutes!

Got kicked out by the server issue whilst jumping between systems. Not HP and now worried I may be bugged when I can actually get back in. Rocking the game on PS4

Yeah. If you try jumping out or docking or even just entering SC for a while you would likely be dropped. You may or may not still have all the stuff you mined.

Dude, I sent them a support ticket on Christmas Day afternoon and got a reply at 9am on Boxing Day. They also mentioned that they had actually been in work on Christmas Day but didn't get chance to respond because they were a bit busy. :D This game has the best support team I have ever come across, I might have a go at FDev when they've earned it but their support is second to none.

Most of the things in-game is P2P only and no servers involved, as I understand it. You need the servers for authentication, missions, and some other stuff. Perhaps jumping between systems require servers access as well because of instancing. Otherwise it's just you and your computer.

For me, 13 minutes from server down to back up and in the game ... on a Sunday afternoon !!

Well, I'm in the game again now, but there's still a problem - I can't get a proper mission list - "unable to get up to date mission list from server"

Grrr... server status is NOT OK - at least, not for me - but the tech staff evidently think it is??

Edit: Fixed now! :)
