So you want to know about the Formidine Rift? (Part 3)

And another tip.... toggle your FREECAM mode if your on pc. Not sure whether this is on XB1.

NEVER EVER DO THAT UNLESS YOU HAVE MIDDLE CLICKED THE MOUSE TO GO TO FREE VIEW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So your vector is steady. Otherwise, eat ground buddy.

I admit it's very dark here but not a whole lot I can do about that. Besides, the ground of the settlement will come up as a dark patch because of the srv tracks it has. Look out for something exceptionally dark on the surface.

I'm implying a similar tactic to how I found this spot. Starting from the coords I gave, I'm going up at bearing 0 until 28.0000 (1000km will have passed, the min/max distance for it to render in the instance), then going at bearing 225 until I hit 20.0000, 20.0000, then turning right 90 degrees and doing this over and over until I cover the circumference and then I'll spiral inward.

The shade on the planet in the system map is not a real time representation of the shade. I might be what it looks like at a particular planet time or something.

The blue marker moves when you're in a different location in normal flight on the surface. That's all I know for sure about that

I know that it moves wen you are in normal space flight, but since the server restart that my marker is still in the same place. And i have flown many km away from that place and the marker doesn't even moves. Will try to go to supercruise and see wen i drop out again if the marker changes.

PS: Just entered supercruise and got out in other location and the marker moved. I'm starting to think it's better to go back to populated space. This is driving me mad... :/

I hit the ground! ;_;

I turned my ship on its side to look out the window, then my toddler wanted a quick cuddle, so I forgot to level the ship.

I turned back to the screen to see my ship plummet to the ground. I didn't even have time to boost away.
