The Citizens of He Bo can rest assure that now a cure is on its way, thanks to Cmdr Arcanonn and his team, they have successfully received an Unknown Artifact by a Collector known only as Cmdr RedWizzard. It is unclear exactly how this Cmdr discovered the Artifact, but rumor has it that the Federation are not entirely content with his recent actions. "We do not know much of its origins, but rest assure we believe it is an essential piece of the puzzle to rid us of this parasite. Remain calm citizens of He Bo, as we are working tirelessly thanks to the combined efforts of the Pilots Federation in our desperate time of need" A Delighted Cmdr Arcannon had to say.
When asked to comment about this, the Federation declined any knowledge of the incident involving Cmdr RedWizzard.

Except we can't promise any cure because that was a cover story. At best we can claim to hope to find one.
I think its a bit important to stick with the local galnet post in the system, after all its good story telling!

Thanks to an unprecedented co-ordinated search involving dozens of commanders across many systems, Dr. Arcanonn and his team are delighted to finally retrieve an Unknown Artefact. The item was recovered from a Federal Navy Convoy, broadcasting signals that their systems were failing, by CMDR Red Wizzard who demonstrated outstanding initiative, bravery and skill. The team are currently analysing the mysterious object in an undisclosed laboratory with the hope of finding a cure to assist the people of He Bo.
CMDR Arcanonn wishes to extend a warning to all commanders should they encounter one of these objects - these artefacts of unknown origin emit strange radiation that will severely damage the systems of any ship carrying the object.
