You'r comparison with SC IS irrelevant cause it was also " promised" by Frontier since kickstarter they said it was one of their goals.

Yes I've seen the video, 7 years ago. I even mentioned it earlier in this thread and don't need to watch it again to remember what was promised. My comparison is not irrelevent because in case you hadn't noticed there is a big difference between the budgets of Star Citizen and Elite Dangerous.
Have you ever tried to use a 3D graphics development tool? Do you know what is involved in the creation of 3D assets? Perhaps like me you may dabbled in it for a while and got frustrated and gave up because it's rather difficult. I have watched videos of people using 3D design tools on youtube and I still think it's difficult and very time consuming, even when you are a professional and know exactly what you are doing.
Say you have 100 designers each on £30,000 a year salary. I realise that it costs more than this but without looking up the average cost of a workstation which is a lot more than £30,000 a year, taking into account office rent, admin staff ect, if it was just 100 x 30,000 thats already £3m a year. And FDev have to turn a profit, because they have shareholders to pay dividends to as well as personel costs. Think about the recent release of fleet carriers and all the work that must have gone into them, there are maybe 13 - 15,000 FCs purchased in game, so say 100% of us spent on average £10 on cosmetics that's still only £150,000 profit, which I would guess is not very much money in the computer game design world and might possibly have covered their expenses or not, I don't know for sure.
The above represents a great simplification of what is going on, not all developers are going to be on £30,000 salary, some will be on more than that depending on experience, £30,000 is just the average pay for a computer coder in the UK.
Now look at Star Citizen, if you have been following it, and observe how long it takes the design team to develop the interior of just one single large spaceship and I'm sure you will realise the magnetude of the labour that is involved. I know I'm only a gamer not a game programmer or designer, but I am observant, and I am a realist. So my gut feeling says that it's unlikely we will get ship interiors unless significant changes are made to the game that add meaningful gameplay. I do not see any meaningful gameplay exhibited in the videos on Star Citizen that are set on board large ships. In fact some of the interiors don't seem to have been very well designed for multiplayer boarding and defending.
I am looking forward to playing Odyssey, it won't cost me any more, I was a beta backer. And I can't wait to start taking screenshots of new alien worlds with atmospheres and enjoying the graphical improvements that are being made to planetary generation. But I'm not going to be disapointed if I don't get to walk around inside my Anaconda, because I know I will get bored of that very quickly.
I can make coffee and hamburgers at home. Real coffee, and real hamburgers. Wake up and smell it.
