Hold On How Come No One Has Mentioned Red-legged Seriema Yet If We Are Predicting It Being Latin American Themed. It Is A South American Secretary Bird That Is More Common In Captivity.
We haven't even had an ostrich clone yet, all the other ratites have quite distinct animation sets from the ostrich, especially in the way they move. Rhea would be the first significant reuse of the ostrich rig after all these years, although they'd also have to modify things like the way the wings are positioned. It'd be our third plains-dwelling ratite, but in a game with a billion ungulates I hardly see how that's the most egregious thing, especially given it fills a unique and important niche for South America (both through being a ratite and a large plains-dwelling herbivore in general).the rhea (personally for me, the worst possible bird to add to South America since its yet another low effort ostrich clone)
I love how I summon any australian person the very moment i talk lowly even an indirect mention of an australian animal. I'm just not a big fan of receiving of another ratite which honestly aren't the most exciting birds to build for.We haven't even had an ostrich clone yet, all the other ratites have quite distinct animation sets from the ostrich, especially in the way they move. I wasn't even trying to defend the emu or cassowary lol, I'm trying to defend the rhea. I just don't understand why the rhea so often gets branded as a boring clone when the same people want things like the spectacled bear or another South American camelid.I love how I summon any australian person the very moment i talk lowly even an indirect mention of an australian animal. I don't even like using the word clone that often, I guess all of us saying clone this clone that, got to my head eventually. Pretty much half of all the animals last year could be a clone, black rhino a white rhino, lar gibbon a siamang, sloth bear a formosan bear etc. What I should of said, was I would prefer unique birds for south America (for the sake of a new rig) if it comes down to just one dlc left.I wasn't even trying to defend the emu or cassowary lol, I'm trying to defend the rhea. That's more understandable, and I know more ratites and penguins taking up the holy bird slot in DLCs has long been a concern. But for me personally, now that we've seen that Frontier is willing to include multiple birds in a single pack, I'd rather we get the rhea as one of the pack's obligate "clone picks" over something like another bear, tapir or camelid, and then get another more unique bird like the spoonbill, ibis or screamer alongside it. It's just too important for SA to leave out imo. What I should of said, was I would prefer unique birds for south America (for the sake of a new rig) if its comes down to just one dlc left.
Hey frontier want to copy paste this pack for us, please and thank you.On a different point of discussion, do people actually need the Coati? Like if we get a Finale pack with SA species that aren't the coati, would people not like that or be unbothered because its still more SA animals? Same question for the Secretary bird, if we get another habitat bird from Africa would people really miss the Secretary?
I posted this earlier for a potential finale pack roster, not including both the Secretary and Coati, but it has 4 other SA animals and a different African bird. Would this be ideal?

12 animals, 2 asia, 4 africa, 4 SA, 1 NA/SA, and 1 AU. Has a petting zoo animal, 5 birds, 2 exhibit animals, 2 primates, this seems realistic to me idk. It has 6 clones, an exhibit animal which really dont move, 3 that would be based off other animals with some work, and 2 new rigs (Macaw and Spider Monkey).
I do. I don't think in region terms. I actually can't wrap my head around on why people do. It's a cute, common, entertaining zoo animal that in some zoos are even used for educational shows. On a different point of discussion, do people actually need the Coati?
Hopefully at least one of the following for me that fills my top wishlist requests:So if this is the last pack, what do people need it to have to be happy with it?
Mine will be a short list:So if this is the last pack, what do people need it to have to be happy with it?
