Spring 2024 PDLC speculation

I could be wrong of course, but I think there will be a teaser today, an official trailer tomorrow and a live stream on Friday for the new update.
Would they do a live stream just for JWE2 anymore now with the Frontier Unlocked stream being their new way of doing things?

Turns out the conclusions some have made with supposed “found data” were faulty in the end. Today was the post of something else, and they hardly do two in the same day.

But, and I should've said this earlier, there’s always another time. Which I still believe will be this month.

Well this was unexpected! Revealed without a tease, and I knew for a while it wasn’t going to be what some have thought it was going to be. As well as the fact I was wrong what it was going to be too. Also, while I knew the four hybrids, Spinoceratops and the three JWE1 Dr. Wu expansion hybrids were already planned and will return in new PDLC packs, I didn’t think it would be like this either! And that’s no complaint! 😊

wow .... instead of getting New Pterosaurs / Marine Reptiles / Dinosaurs and may be 1 new Attraction we get this ????
I reaaaaaaaaaalllly hope that the free update has at least some small things for Parkbuilders that have more interesst in nicer Lagoons and aviarys.
This will most likely my first ever JWE I and JWE II pack I will not buy.
I Really hope that there will be more DLC´s for JWE II in the future with new attractions and animals that are based on species that really existed.
The Lagoon DLC brought so many nice species and new attractions that it is the much nicer option in my opinion for all that still not have it ;) !

Anything but this hybrid nonsense.
Would you be happy with a Cenozoic DLC?

If so, take a look at my idea for this pack. The reason I chose the Ngandong Tiger over Smilodon is because I wanted a big cat that's more powerful than a Smilodon.

I am complete with you. What the hell is this. This damn hybrids were not much requested. There were plenty of other possibilities and we get this stuff. Not amused. Hope when JWE2 is coming to an end we got at minimum microceratus. This would be better for the game. Anyway the stegoceratops ist still the wrong design. In the movie there was a mix of stegosaurus and nasutoceratops.

Does anyone here notice a pattern regarding the last three DLCs?

Frontier made use of the Prehistoric Marine Species pack, the Cretaceous Predator pack, and the newest Secret Species to bring the exclusive species of Camp Cretaceous into this game. I am referring to the species that were not included in the Camp Cretaceous pack DLC initially.

Not sure many people were looking for a feathered pack or a Cretaceous theropod clone pack either, but that's what we got...

Looking at previous releases, they appear to be focusing on the Camp Cretaceous animals, which might explain this pack...

And the dubiously canon Stegoceratops (how does Wu know that's what it'll look like if he hasn't cloned it?) looks lame... the Frontier version is way superior.

The model is just artwork from the art department team. Dinosaur artwork (paper or statues) shown in films or concept art beyond their "in-the-flesh physical appearances" is generally not meant to truly be actual "canon", if you know what that means, at the end of the day. Frontier have never done designs from those sources for certain species (ex: Concavenator and Geosternbergia). They probably did the Sucho, Metria, and Edmonto artwork designs because they weren't done by Universal themselves, but independently by a paleoartist. Also, it was always intended to be Triceratops and Stegosaurus behind the scenes, it's just that its head ended up resembling Nasutoceratops more in the end.
