Spring dlc Speculation 2023

If only this was a game about keeping animals in captivity and not a game about making animal cartoons and emojis 😉
I'm not speeking for myself, either species of sloth would have made me happy. And even though I enjoy realism in Planet Zoo, I think allowing players to care for hard to breed/rare animals in captivity is a great idea. Hence why I would love to get Saolas or Sumatran Rhinos in the game.

i just wish they would have changed their formula and give more animals in packs.
I knew y’all were gonna rage if the sloth type was not the one you wanted and will still campaign for another sloth type in the future. I personally don’t care and I’m glad they didn’t take up a habitat spot
African rainforest hasn’t gotten anything in awhile so Il glad we got the RRH
SEA usually gets the most attention so I’m bummed that SA doesn’t get a habitat
Honestly still getting Scenery Packs makes me hope for 2024 (at least If the Game still will be financially successful this year). I think Just making animals without scenery is less expensive and needs less working power.

As for the argument that the Brown-Throated Sloth isn't common in captivity, frankly, who cares? The Proboscis Monkey is practically unheard of in captivity, and no one seems to mind now. The Platypus is extremely rare in captivity, especially outside of Australia, yet everyone was hyped when it was revealed. This is a video game. Realism doesn't matter when it comes to captive representation.
The platypus got a pass for how unique it is. I personally still mind the proboscis monkey, as it shows how one of our few monkeys (the justification for them being that monkeys are very common in zoos) is one with almost no captive presence. There was no reason for it not to be a lion-tailed macaque or a Francois' langur. With the sloth, like the proboscis monkey, you have obvious alternatives that are both higher on the wishlist and much more common in captivity.

Typical kiwi enclosure. It’s just go no chance. I’d bet my house on it tbh. People seem to have a warped idea of how kiwis behave.

And here's another kiwi enclosure. They're sort of similar to platypuses in regards to being an animal that is usually (but not always) housed in small indoor exhibits, but that didn't stop them being added. The fact that kiwis don't deep dive makes them have even less issues.

That’s the same one I posted just posted (unsurprisingly there’s very few in captivity). It’s a raised glass box (see faux rocks at front).

Top 10 reasons why kiwis should be in PZ:
10- They are cool
9- They are neat
8- They are cool
7- They look like a slow football
6- They are from New Zealand
5- They named a fruit after it (Based)
4- They'd make an unique bird display of a region of the world with no representation whatsoever.
3- Do I really need reasons to want animals in a videogame?
2- They have a cool long beak
1- They are cool

Oh I didn't see you posted it, I only noticed the larger image. That doesn't change my point though - if platypuses can be added, there's absolutely no reason kiwis can't.

I think this highlights it well enough. Mainly just EU and EAZA countries so not all but…

The ONLY zoo outside south/Central America with Three-toed is DWA.

Can you explain to me why would frontier include lion-tailed macauqe of francois langur in southeast asia pack over proboscis?
Im just curious. Im talking about distribution.
