Oh it's simple bud.

You've talked up a basic UI tool into some form of Jesus tech on the brink of a major rollout. And 3 years later barely any of the areas you talked about have been touched by its blessed hand. Let alone been transformed into sweet sweet wine.

Where have you seen it's not used ?
The actual mobiglass had every new parts (niknax, reputation, trader, delphi), made with BB. Almost every useable screens (calling ships, refinery, cargo, mission screens, etc), every button/command in ships, every button in elevator is made with BB since its release. I don't know the actual status for huds but they must be managed by BB also. CIG has not redone fully mobiglass in SC but we know they do it for SQ42. They needed the 3D component for BB and the new starmap (critical feature and not basic at all).We will get the fully redone mobiglass when ready.

It's super obviously a not-particularly-amazing internal tool, for a not-particulary sexy area of game dev, which they've subsequently struggled to roll out. Not a 'major engine'. Or a catalyst for content 'industrialization'. Or any of the other curious stuff you've said about this most lowly of things...

Starmap and radar in HUD needed the implementation of 3D in building blocks. They haven't given news on it but it was not there 2 years ago. Don't know if it's in now but some hints seems to indicate that 3D in BB is working now.

It's just in your head.

As said before, this version of SQ42 certainly has existed but was too bad and restarted.

ToW existed also but was not good enough to be released.

The mobiglass is only an UI thing and is redone with BB which is efficient and works pretty well in SC. Every new components of mobiglass announced before was added as expected. There is no real risk or difficulty redoing the mobiglass, only a lot of work and design reflection...

This does not show that either SQ16 or TOW (never mind server meshing obviously or many other exemples) have really existed at all.

Either you work for CIG directly or indirectly and have additional information that you are not sharing, or you just "believe" it much like religious faith
CIG´s funding story is fundamentally based in this kind of misrepresentation and banks on "faith" primarily. If they did it with their own money, I personally would not mind. Their money, their malpractice, and their incompetence. The problem is when they have consciously and deliberately extracted 600+ millions with these misrepresentations, from people that for the most part really did not know better. Some people call that fraud.
