Not that it is really an excuse, because SC is buggy as hell, but.....

Did he just start playing yesterday? You gotta be smart enough to deal with reoccurring bugs if you are gonna try and "play". Or it is just an act. But why would you act that dumb?

Look on signs around you, you can be lost in city the first time. Choose Loreville in Hurston for spawn point and go to invictus showroom to rent big ships for free. When you will quit the spaceport, go to the space station above the city and set your spawn point to its hospital (transfert imprint), it's much easier to go to your ship when you'll die.
All they need to do is add the "Do Not Destroy Dedicated Game Server" tag to the Idris.
