Regardless of what your thoughts are on the changes CIG want to bring on with this next patch, even those of us who do have access have not been able to test any of them beyond seeing what the graphics will be like. Yes, we might get a quick taste of different things. Enough for the content-makers to continue to pimp themselves out on YouTube. But as for actually trying things out? Not even close. IF you spend the five minutes waiting for the game to start and IF you wait the 30 seconds plus for almost every command to overcome the lag/desync, there are bugs galore. It looks like they may have fixed the issue where you couldn't pull your weapon in a bunker because it was in Armistice. But they doubly fixed it because now NPC's don't spawn. I was just in a dogfight with a cutlass. We were passing each other with a good 500 meters between us. And we collided.

Honestly surprised there aren't more of these Reclaimer booms...

Proper load distribution and securing is serious business in transport. Which is why I just can't take these wave containers around with magic ray gun mechanics seriously at all. I can't believe this lack of fidelity could happen on CR's watch.
 
YogiKlatt-CIG: The physicalized quantum travel system will retain the momentum, this will likely not happen for the legacy system though.

See? It's working. Just post some nonsense and someone will wonder what it means. Traffic and interest generated with low effort.

Given how little physics seems to be involved in the flight model itself you could argue that if there's no meaningful momentum before a jump, and there still isn't after, then it has been "retained."

Really looking forward to it, even in EA. Said i would swear off EA games, but seeing the people playing the early release version it looks good enough for me. Also, been wanting a game that would scratch that Settlers itch for a long time and nothing else has come close. Most focus too much on the combat, where the town is the means to combat, rather than the occasion combat needed to defend your town.
