London has the advantage though, that on pretty much any day a new restaurant or inn is opening somewhere - and you get foodstuff mostly for free, just paying for your drinks. This was kind of an after-work event for my colleagues and I, when I lived in London, to take advantage of that (given that it was inside my London transport ticket range).True! Basically, any big city... London is no better. Hence why I live in the country with fields and horses and a nice community...
Its all in the understare.After a skinful of beer, spirits and cocktails, dancing and er...other things sheltering from the rain while stuffing ones face is the best. And having no work in two hours is also a bonus too
