I do White Dwarf systems, same logic...
it would be nice if fdev introduced missions around exobiology so that it at least resembled a real role and that the rankings sort of matter.
It's clear it was at least envisioned as a more legitimate role involving some gameplay. It seems odd that they would go thru the trouble of making a mini-game for it but totally leave out any kind of incorporation of ranking and missions etc to bring it into parity with combat and trading roles.

Rumour has it that it will include the confirmation that EDO is no longer planned for Consoles.
That EDO will no longer have resources spent on it and refunds will be issued to all purchasers.
That the ED servers will be going offline on 31st May 2022.

You'd think someone who's occupied a thread devoted so much to making fun of how credible everyone thinks their statements are in this forum would not take anything players say about things they couldn't really know as credible.
