As a last note on speed limits over here because it's probably confusing unless you grew up with it, while the signs on the road are to be obeyed when in doubt, they're still not gospel.

depending on the time of day, the speed of traffic on highways around me is 90mph. not exaggerating.
get it while you can ...because in the not too distant future i'm sure cars will auto limit speeds long before they auto-drive for you.

You need a Class 3 license for a full on M-16, but I can supply you with an AR-15 if you like. Personally I prefer the HK91, for when you need to turn cover into concealment.
Nothing beats good old 7.62x51 NATO.
