Like the Internet Research Agency in Russia, for instance.
With the objective of reducing confidence in Western scientific institutions, retarding vaccination programs to cripple Western economies, and increasing dissent against political Democracies. So as to reconstitute a new Soviet Union, and weaken NATO.
But it's just a thought.
