I understand but high fevers, strong body aches, strong headaches, not for me.

I experienced this sort of thing during my military service.

I prefer to see for another vaccine (if I get the vaccine in one year or two).

And if in one year the collective immunity is reached in my country, I say thanks to all the vaccinated. ;)

It is absolutely your choice and I’m not trying to push the AZ vaccine. They aren’t making money from it, the EU paid ~€2 per jab for it.

I would encourage you to have a vaccine and to take whatever is offered but I don’t believe it should be compulsory. I still find it strange that France is so vaccine skeptic, generally. So much scientific contribution to the world but it’s like its stuffed it’s fingers in its ears about vaccines 🤔

In the U.K. having a vaccine is almost seen as a duty. My mum was really quite ill for a few days after having her first dose of the AZ vaccine but she just took it on the chin. One of her friends got side effects too and had decided she wasn’t going to get the second dose to avoid being ill again. My mum is determined she is going to pursued her to have it.

It makes me feel hope for the future that people are willing to get a bit sick for the greater good.

Getting a bit sick for the greater good is a fairly accurate definition of a vaccine.

I'm not necessarily talking about myself here.

But when I look around me, I tell myself that the obvious is not obvious.

So the question of my sacrifice for who, is legitimate. :)
