The Everspace thread

I too want to play this game. Galaxy on Fire - these guys' last project - was fantastic. Then Fishlabs got bought out and these guys left and formed Rockfish.

Nija'd....

Was going to see if anyone was aware of this.

The graphics do look incredibly good and the game interesting, although they seem far from their goal at the moment. I know this can often change very quickly, especially with still over a month to go. Would be interesting to see how many current Elite players will back it.

The backer rewards don't look too bad. I see that it's €250 for the "Life Time Expansion (Season ) Pass"

I backed Elite, but personally don't think I'll be parting with any money on this.

It looks pretty cool. Since it was listed as DRM free, I assume that it will be single player only. (didn't see anything to the contrary) Right up my alley.

I won't forget the disaster that "Galaxy on Fire: Alliances" was. Plus, this game will only add joystick support AFTER RAISING 850k.

I am not a fan of the bright non black everywhere.

But wish them the best as the objects like ships and asteroids look very good.

The joystick support thing is pretty sad. That being said i remember playing freelancer with mouse and keyboard and it was good fun.
Galaxy on fire II on android tablet was good fun too wich shows the devs know how to make a decent game.

VR support is a must buy for me anyways so yep - backed for alpha access. :D

Looks like a great... shooter. Probably not my kind of game. I'll wait and see.

Graphics are great, in the style of Star Citizen, but looking better...?

Frontier could take some notes on explosions from theses guys. ;)

With HOTAS support being way deep in the stretch goal, i'm holding my money for the moment. Also 250 EURO for LFP with estimated retail price of the finished game at 30 EURO, that's ridiculous (i don't want the upgrades and stuffs).

The game looks nice indeed, although it is more arcade-oriented than games I am usually looking at. I backed it though, partly because the game is available for only 20€. They still need support, hopefully they will get what they need within the remaining 17 days.

Ya, anyone is working on "space games" now and I still hope there will be one of them that will make it good. Until now, I am still waiting for it...

Wow, looks stunning, I love rogue like games, lots of replayability, I will be getting this one when its released for sure.
