Continuing our journey we have entered a new region of space - The Norma Arm.
The Star of the East is performing beautifully. There is some wear and tear, and we are concerned about the appearance of metal fatigue around the hatch areas. When we make it to port, she will have earned her stripes.
Sights we have seen...
Dangers we have experienced...
We keep pressing on.
A warm glow on a world with 2 and half times the gravity on Earth is reward enough for the danger of landing here.
The morning greeted us with a spectacular ringscape and dangerous temperatures.
The opposite end of the spectrum are worlds too low to sustain much life. The translucent ice providing fantastic landscapes to be enthralled at.
All for the sake of finding and cataloguing these beautiful wonders!
