Nonono. The meat internal temperature.
If you heat the chicken up to 400° C through and through, it's burned crisp if not totally ash.
If you heat it to 90° C it's thoroughly well done.
Oh well, I remembered the unit of temperature used wrong. But the slap is still more than twice too hard to cook the chicken well, it will become badly overcooked.
