Yeah I'm gonna have to go with NA here. Grasslands is arguably more usable by worldwide standards and is more diverse, but to answer the actual question, NA is by far one of the best representations of its theme we've had to date. It represents ecosystems all across the continent, and nearly every animal pick ranges from common to essential, with the only two that don't (beaver and moose), being far too iconic to leave out. Honestly its the only animal pack that doesn't have at least one dud of a habitat animal (at least to me, I could maybe understand including Grasslands in that too though), everything here is super worthwhile. Pretty much its only major flaw is the missed opportunity to represent at least one of the many bird niches NA is still missing.

Before grasslands half its lineup was commonly speculated for a desert animal pack, so while they all still appear mostly in grasslands it does speak quite alot about what people associate with those animals.

See i do like the grasslands pack better and i think its a fantastic pack overall (not saying NA is bad by any means). But most of its animals are not what i pictured when i though of a grasslands pack back then, and the wildebeest and maned wolf are the only two really which i associate with grasslands as they primary habitat (whether or not that accurate is a different topic).
In comparission when i think of north american wildlife cougars, beavers, moose, sea lions and alligators are definetly animals that come up

Also voting for NA , even tho I consider Grasslands to be a better pack. When it comes to representation it's hard to find flaws with NA.
