Not quite the question you asked. We don't even know what that galaxy is like. The human body could be contorted in horrible ways, physics could act randomly relative to how we know them, and it could be a bleak and horrible place with nothing that humanity could ever want.
You do know we already travel many times the speed of light, but like... distances are big. A light year is huge. And one does not know how physics behaves out in the void, nor in another galaxy.

There are some complications with bringing back the galactic hyperdrive, so they probably won't do that until we've finished exploring the current galaxy.

While I'm not in the new galaxy gang, the "interesting" things in galaxy are surely explored far before reaching even 95%, as there's quite a lot of non-descript red and brown dwarves in that figure.
