Interesting, last night have solved exactly the same on the same coordinates (Acan, -36.54, -9.05) with the same scan message.

I've left out the Acan-duplicates & the Corioru which didn't have any message of interest as you said.

Thanks. The same Tip-Off will be available for all commanders it seems.
We do believe there is a new additional sequence published ~once a week. So duplicates will occur, I'm not documenting these.
Another one classified as normal attack, but a new message I don't think I've seen.

Well, honestly, we've witnessed the wrecks being RNG, so I suspect they didn't write the message for a specific ship-type.

We believe your trade-rank shouldn't be limiting your from getting TipOff.
But rather what Teryd reported, your allegiance with both the minor-faction (corp) and the major faction it belongs to may be a factor.
That and the location + mission type may be a contributing factor.
That's what we believe right now.
So today I went to the crash at Arietis Sector WE-Q B5-3 B. After looking at some of these tip off messages, I was beginning to wonder if the AI that shot them down could in fact be in the game but somehow elusive. Here are some thoughts:
I went to Arietis Sector WE-Q B5-3 Band have been exploring a bit. I went the opposite direction of the landing direction that the DBS was facing, but didn't find anything for a while. I then went to a large crater on the dark side of the planet.
I've been out of the bubble a while so it's been a few months since I really explored a bubble planet but on this one I am seeing POIs and skimmers in every direction, almost always on the scanner. This is an anarchy system with no population - can anyone confirm that this is normal?
- The messages we see don't seem to indicate that in all cases the victim was pulled out of hyperspace, or necessarily in space.
- If a ship was destroyed or damaged in space, it would likely blow up there. It would probably not crash into the planet unless it was near the planet when it was attacked.
- What if the attackers are ground-based, and attacking ships that get too close to them?
- How much have we explored the planets that the ships crashed on?

Yep, it's pretty normal in the bubble.
So, has anyone gotten a Tip-Off since the most recent patch? Despite running literally hundreds of missions today, I haven't gotten a single one.

Okay, Agastariya tip-off is the same message as the old Kigana A3 A message, about being hungry and seeing lights, with deep space explorers telling stories. Crashed Anaconda with some wreckage strewn about, and Caine-Massey cargo boxes that I can't interact with.
Yes, we can confirm. CMDR Zteknon received this particular Tipoff...
There were also hostile skimmers at the site (which we had to clear, and incurred an IMP bounty in process). Multiple NPC vessels entered the instance & scanned us...

Bought that vehicle bay but frogot to buy a vehicleso I run down there with my ship only and I can confirm it was a crashed SideWinder pointing exactly 180 south. PRecision Crash landing.
After cycleing some time a Sidewinder cam and howevered over the Crash side then he continued. I was checking out a blue regin clos eto teh Crash side and when I cam back the Crash beacon Container and the Container both were gone.
Looks like the hovering sidweinder managed to get them on board without landing.
No Aliens found :/

Found the Corioru result in a video I recorded...
... and got another one to Tucanae sector already in the list. I'm only getting them after cargo runs from Sothis, so I think they're given by credits earned.
