Received the Tip off above for Athena A2 just after running an elite rated delivery mission (180 tonnes of gold) that got me Trade Elite. Went there and found the crashed ship above and the message in the photo. Some Ice Storm Squadron ships patrolling nearby and attacked by an npc pirate on descent - federal security ships turned up and attacked the npc - not me. Notably the Ice Storm Squadron follow the Shadow President (Is there a connection to what happened to Jemima Halsey?)

Can't work out how to post photos - perhaps edge isn't able to.
But they were identical to the ones above.

It's quite a high gravity planet 2.3G so watch out if you go to land - nearly came to grief because I wasn't watching had to boost to recover.
Music nearby is very chilled - no suggestion of drama. Rings look nice:)!

Ive got 2 tip-offs, but now they are gone. I have notes somewhere on my papers. For the first one there was no ship there (I have tried hard and long and the message was to scan the ship board and I was provided with a key). There were only some very rare minerals (never encountered them before) guarded by non-wanted skimmers. Although when I killed the simmers, I was offered a reward. Second one is gone now from the comm board, but I have noted the location and will compare it with this database later.

It would be nice that this thread had also (TIP-OFFS) in the thread title. Tip-offs are valid only for 1 or 2 weeks?

Thargoids are overrated ;)
if they will be to kill too hard, people will rant in forums and FD will nerf then to the ground ;)

I have another tipoff to share... it's not mentioned on this thread, but was reported by another CMDR (INARA logbook) yesterday...

Git this "Tucanae Sector HH-U b3-0" for a while now, went there but did not find the shipwreck only scrap parts and escape pods at the location.

I got a Tip off last night while playing and I still have it but after dieing cause I had to pee I didn't go. I'll go back and check it out. It gave me a planet and system to check. Heck, I don't even know if it's the same thing your looking for but it came up as tip off on my messages.

Located on a Condor Fighter. This is either overlooked, a condor can jump, or it had to have been carried but another ship. And while there were no hostiles I was killed over the site the first time I tried by Wheyboo if that means anything. I was taking a      and came back to the message.

"Crew log: I don't know what happened. I must have blacked out. The last thing I remember was jumping out of...what was the name of that system?
I remember a calm voice. Or maybe it was a song. Maybe i'm just going crazy.
The rescue beacon is up, so hopefully a ship will pick me up in a few days."

Is it possible that the ships dissapear after some time ? I mean i checked the 1st one again with cordinates posted here and there was no ship. The 2nd Tip-off there was no ship either but i had thease for a few weeks now and did not go after em.
