I`m pretty sure Mav will be riding his motor to the sunset - if not the movie is a failure!
If they stay close to the first one with cheesy story, cheep acting and awesome jet scenes I will be happy I dont want a master piece, just a little throwback to the good ol times!
And from what it looks like Tom will be the focus of them movie (duh, otherwise he would not take the role haha) , I was afraid they will go with bunch of rookie youngsters in TG2 but luckily its still Maverick.

Could be a 21st century John Henry moment. Tom Cruise proves that he can out act a drone's avionics system, but dies from the strain in the process.

I enjoyed Journey in the 70's and 80's with Steve Perry but since then, although they have been through many lead singers, they were never the same after Steve's departure.

Absolutely Steve Perry was one hell of a vocalist.
