as far i understand it: thats it. all other markets have do be added by yourself, on spacestations it's just press add then save, planetary stations need a bit manualy editing. i haven't found a way to get a usable database, also there's sadly no read connect to eddb, so you need to fly over yourself and check/update the prices, or use eddb.io itself.
So is it not possible for someone to share there database?
I don't know of any way of entering markets (stations) without visiting them other than the initial "starter database" which gets all markets within the "setup" parameters selected on the TCE Relay page - by default 30LY from your current location I believe.
As to the sharing of market data, as I said, using the "Update Prices" option on th TCE Relay page updates your database with all the prices for the markets you have - so the data from other people is shared.
So if a player has visited say 300 stations, it isnt possible to copy his database or import in in somewhow? I am just trying to get the best out of the software without visiting every station in the galaxy to get the best prices.
I'm not sure exactly why this matters unless perhaps you're unfamiliar with EDDB.io.
theres a reason why some people use mkII: immersion. also it sure would be nicer to have this one tool, without a need to alt+tab all the time.
right now i use the eddb website, but ofc it would be a way cooler if there would be a db, based on basic datas from eddb and edsm.
This is the exact reason why I was asking the question. The MKII is great as it integrates quite well with ED but is limited when you first start using it. I was curious if another users database that has been all over would import, thus giving me more stations to view.
I have used all the other sites available and although they are good, alt tab is a pain and I want to stick to one app.

I have not tried this but since you have just started using it, the changes won't hurt:
You could try building another "Starter Database" but this time increasing the variables, further than the default 30 LY range and larger distance so that should produce more trade markets in your database than you collected using 30Ly default. I don't know what the maximum this will / can do.
N.B Creating a starter database overwrites your current database I believe, so bear that in mind - it is a "fresh start".
EDIT - Ninja'd by the Eventure themselves.![]()
I have already tried this and it doesnt make a difference whether I put 1000 0r 1000LY range.
it is the 30Ly one that should make a difference. I am just a user (lightweight at that) of the system, rely on Eventure for accuracy.
Thats just it though it doesnt.
It does, if you hit the enter key after your input! But increasing the number of markets above a certain value will result in longer processing times when it comes to route finding, system changes or market detections.
The value depending on your system specs.
After todays update, My factions reputation is not being updated. It knows the system I am jumping into but the influences are still old ones. Any ideas?
