Tritium in Colonia

Problem: Colonia has no stations or outposts selling Tritium besides Colonia Dream (as of this writing, 8 supply as per Eddb.io ), despite these days being pretty heavily built up and 'civilized'.

This means there are a lot of carriers (the two from an expedition I am a part of included) sitting in Colonia either desperately mining for tritium to be able to move on, abandoned, or desperately mining for tritium to get back to the bubble.

Proposed solution: How about a community goal to build an extraction economy station somewhere in or near Colonia that sells Tritium in large quantities?
It would release the pressure on many carriers who have to mine thousands of tons of Tritium to get to where they are going or get home, and at the same time, help clean Colonia's skies of carriers loafing around because they're out of fuel.

EOL PROU DF-U B18-26 has a lovely ice ring with multiple Tritium overlaps in it, and would be a great place for one smack in the rings.

So how about it?

This is a fantastic idea CMDR! Colonia is heavily neglected right now, and this could get those players stranded there back to the bubble to join up with the CMDRs there. I know I'm personally stranded right now in Colonia, as the only place to decommission carriers is so full I can't even jump in. If I could just get my carrier fueled (and lose a bit of cash I'm willing to part with!) I'd DO IT! Please implement this. Either community goal or just flip a station to start mining and selling tritium in a large quantity. With some crude math it looks like the average carrier should need around 4000-4300 Tritium to reach the bubble.

sometimes you can manage to get about 200-300 to per trip to all stations. And you can buy Trit at carriers up there. And there is a fuel rat-FC-opportunity (I don´t know how that works).

We actually did, maxed them out. We've been out for nearly a year exploring the eastern rim. Then we cut across westward through the core. We'd timed it to arrive in Colonia by the time Odyssey was released, and for our fuel reserve to be used up when we got there.
We arrived to find a bunch of carriers milling about and no stock of Tritium : )
The plan was to load up in Colonia and head home from there.

As it stands we're mining what we need for the trip home presently.
