Turn on power mission, power already on?

Had the same problem. Went in and hit the control panel before I realised the power was already on and the alarm was raised. Should have noticed that all the lights were on but I was quite tired ;)

I ran away from the base and recalled my ship. As soon as my ship landed a bunch of authority vessels appeared and started firing at it! That's never happened before. Oh, I had sort of murdered someone as I was fleeing by this point.

Yeah I grabbed a few restore missions and the bases wre alreay on. I did power down a base and had to fight my way through it but I replaced the power reg from the mission set but the mission is still not registering as complete and I have noterity, a bounty, and a fine. Hopefully there will be some clarification on these missions

if it was a glitch with the bgs states, hopefully it will clear after today's tick

did anyone checked if the factions offering restore missions are in the proper bgs state?
Most of these reports seem to be for Thargoid Recovery systems, so the Political state will almost certainly be None (but shouldn't be relevant). Is anyone having this problem somewhere the Thargoids aren't involved?

I wonder if the threshold for "successful restores to restore power" has been reduced to 1 in Recovery systems, so the chances of you being the first person to complete the mission is pretty low.

Just for info, it still persists. Don't know when the tick is/was (I thought that was supposed to be on Thursdays).
I just took a mission to power on a settlement (Namayu, Obi Cultivation Biosphere) which is already on and now I have no way how to abandon it without getting a REP hit.

And there goes my today's playtime... once again just confirming bugs instead of playing a mission :(

Server restart (Powerplay, Thargoid War) is Thursday mornings
Tick (Political BGS) is approximately daily, currently at around 1630 UTC
Stock Update (Economic BGS) is approximately every ten minutes
Mission boards also update every 10 minutes but I think that's only a partial update, so any individual mission on them could be a bit older than that.

I now go to the navigation panel and change the filter to only show settlements.

I take a picture of the navigation panel with my phone or IPad.

I then go to the mission board and make sure the settlement stated in the mission is in fact offline.
