OK, I think the OP's wrong, because while "TO WIN A" does appear, the word "ENTER" isn't near it (it's at the beginning of the same sequence, though). This is what comes between "ENTER" and "TO WIN A":

Was there ever powerful enough morse code signals to escape the atmosphere? Maybe they are using morse code as it was the first contact they had from us in the form of signals leaked into space?

I think this morse code business might be on the right track. Over at the thread where the guys are analysing the audio someone is confirming "Melville gateway" in the morse code signal. The more words like this that are cropping up the less coincidental this can be.
