Largest ringed body - do we count stars with that? Cos I found a system with 3 in!

Here's an approach shot of the largest one

Ring system's about 4Ls across - not sure how you measure it so i just flew to the edge

Pretty awesome system. Class O main star with some close orbiting ringed planets

Thank you sir! It's very close to VY Canis Majoris - Also worth Checking out Wezen (Delta Canis Majoris) which isn't too far away either.
Even though the second star is enormous, it is only 30 solar masses. I guess that's gravity for you!
Yeah I left as soon as I found a decent fuel scoop - didn't have the credits to get a DSS and I just couldn't wait.
I did find also a system with 17 stellar bodies - so tie for the current record. Completely mad system. lots of binary orbits.

I think it's time to head to Sol now. I've visited around 400 systems and I'm currently at VY canis majoris. So I've a fair trek ahead of me. Looking forward to seeing what else I stumble upon.![]()

Some more updates for categories .. back in Tellus now slowly selling stuff off but that suits me as I have to finish a thesis in RL and need a break from ED
Coldest star: PRAEA EUQ FV-M A89-0 at 282K
Lightest star: PRAEA EUQ FV-M A89-0 at 0.0078 Solar Mass (not sure if this qualifies for the non-brown dwarf also)
Hottest non-neutron star: SHAPLEY 1 A at 154997K

Might also want to update the text at the top of the first post as it seems a bit dated talking about beta3.
Check out Patau's other thread on rare comodities if you want to get a fully kitted ASP quickly
Myself I'm at Pathfinder exploration rank now and 6mil CR profit from exploration so will try and keep my exploration profit above my trading profit![]()
Ok, then it's time for me for new exploration journeyssorry but ender posted a higher record a few posts before
If you checked my discovery post you would know that there are 2 P Puppis systems on the Galaxy Map and that I ticketed it. To find the closer one look at the pic in the post.Bit confused, how come you've got P Puppis B listed as the closest Black Hole to Sol? According to the Galactic Map, P Puppis is 1200+Ly from Sol and only contains a single super giant.
Hey Commanders! - Record for you - ACHANSA 7 - 11 Moons- Tried to look at the current record of 9 but no luck can't find it - is it correct?
And his record is now beatensorry but ender posted a higher record a few posts before
Nice one! Rep given. And his record is now beaten
