is a terraformable high metal with 100% water atmosphere a record? or very common?

(somebody is trying everything to get in the book...)

ah, a system with 3 terraformable water worlds (2 binary and a 3rd one, all terraformable)?

Sorry, but there are even rocky planets with 100% water atmosphere so it's perhaps not very common but quite common.

As for terraformable water worlds why you don't look in the book? The current record holder is a system with 4 such worlds.

Edit:
From 1.3 Beta2 changelog: Belt information are now displayed for stars in the system map
We are soon to expect quite a lot of new records even without Patau expanding the book :)

I just started my exploration career after trading until I got into a T6 with all the bells and whistles. I'm really enjoying it so far. I really want to thank you for putting this together as it has given me things to strive for!

Is there any chance that we will be seeing Orbital Period and Semi Major Axis records in the near future?

I have looked in the book under solar system entry, where it should be in the first place since the record does not refear to a water world, but to a system.
So not my fault, since the record is in the terraformable water world section, wich is a mistake.

Ring information or what 'belt information'? Asteroid belts get some statistics?
They mean rings, look:

Edit: Sadly, they are still very generic - look at the gap between rings: it's 100 km as usual...

It obviously refers to both and imagine how long the system section would have been if there were all entries with different kinds of bodies (not just terraformable water worlds) - it's much better as it is now. No need to seek anybody's fault here - I was just curious what was your reason.

Aight, that makes sense. All the usual ring data was most certainly in the game already, so they just updated the system map to actually show it for stars as well. I'd call it a bugfix, really. :p

all records in the system, stellar, planetary are general records and don't specify the type of body
you will find record for system with most terraformable planets there :)

RECORD BROKEN: CLOSEST SYSTEMS

NEW RECORD: CL PISMIS 13 and CL PISMIS 19

NEW DISTANCE: 50.9 LS

PICTURE PROOF:

Most planets are further then that! :D

Yeah, no kidding, I logged off after i took the picture, but i plan to fly a bit more around CL Pismis 13 and CL Pismis 19 before I leave for the core. Now that I think about it, it's probably a bug, because when you jump to 19 from 13 its a huge system(even has a black hole). Regardless, close is close i suppose, and it is pretty cool.

Also, I almost fell out of my chair laughing when i read CMDR Goizaku instead of Gouzaku in the book. I like it, i'm probably gonna use that as an alternative name from now on. xD

Edit: Well, I probably should have tested this last night before I posted my "record breaker", but yeah, I've confirmed it's definitely a bug. Apparently the game believes that the entirety of CL Pismis 19 resides within CL Pismis 13A, the main star. So.. Technically they're the closest possible, but also... not? They kind of occupy the same space. Flew around the star and took pictures, the distance to CL pismis 19 changed in relation to CL Pismis 13A, I'll link the imgur Album.

In short, don't know if it's actually still eligible for the record, but it's definitely very neat. Perhaps a worthwhile mention at least?
