Time to Farm Materials and build a new ship, hopefully that still works.
I can see that our EDO CMDRS are all a bit testy at the moment, so I’ll back off and leave you all to your rumblings. Hoping it’s all taken care of before the holiday break starts.I know, that's exactly what I'm doing.
Oh have they paid for Odyssey too? Sorry, I thought they were people who played on the console platforms, must be getting my user names mixed up again because you'd obviously never draw a false equivalence like that.
(As I've said roughly 10,000 times now, I totally get the frustration of our console companions but one thing I can say categorically is that no matter how much they might want to, they have not paid for Odyssey already.)
It would seem that combat doesn't matter any more to them either, since that's unplayable now too! You have no idea who is attacking you in space. My mind is blown.FDev continues to prove that non-Combat doesn't matter anymore.
Yay! Thanks FD, that was pretty quickGreetings Commanders!

Known Issues
The above fixes are designed to address the bulk of stability-related issues that arose following Update 9. We’re aware of other issues and are currently planning how to address them. They include but are not limited to:
- Hostile ships not being correctly marked on the radar
- Some deceased NPCs cannot be scanned or analysed
- “Floating” Guardian Materials at Guardian Sites
- The on-foot tutorial not completing
- Multi Limpet controllers having more mass than Commanders expected
- The Scorpion SRV is affected by texture issues around the chassis
The team is continuing to work hard on investigating issues and implementing fixes. As always, thank you all for your feedback and issue reports.
O7
I have just a few minutes ago completed my first mission in months, because I don't do missions usually not for lack of playing, and everything worked fine for me.Anyone else having problems to collect the missions rewards after the completion ? Here once I click on the blue panel for the completed missions, the game send me back to the starting screen...
I don't see this as a problem.
- “Floating” Guardian Materials at Guardian Sites
I'm not testy about the situation with the bugged scanner at all. Bugs happen, it will be fixed, it's hardly the end of the civilised world lol. The full extent of my testiness about it extends to my earlier comment that 'it's a bit of a bummer.' Pretty sure I'll get through the night OKI can see that our EDO CMDRS are all a bit testy at the moment, so I’ll back off and leave you all to your rumblings. Hoping it’s all taken care of before the holiday break starts.
It is not happening to everyone. Bad guys are showing up as red as they always have for me. Selecting next Hostile ship works fine also. Weird that it is not happening across the board. How can this be possible that such a bug is comming with a Update 9 that Hostile ships not being correctly marked on the radar
I am playing Elite since 2015 and this never happend. Please fix that as soon as possible!
I can further confirm it's happening to me, as well.It is not happening to everyone. Bad guys are showing up as red as they always have for me. Selecting next Hostile ship works fine also. Weird that it is not happening across the board.
They needed to add a counter weight in the bottom for balancing purposes when the module is being stored. You know, like they do, (or used to back in the day), put heavy weights in the bottom of vending machines to help prevent them from tipping over."than Commanders expected"? So what are you saying? ... that you intended the weight to be what it was and are now reconsidering based on feedback? How the hell was that multi-limpet controller constructed? I'm picturing a rack with some cheap limpet controllers in it and then a 100 ton lead counterweighted robot arm lifted from a JCB factory acting as the interface between the rack and the firegroups?![]()
When the max envelope of my meds is exceeded, fishing makes up the difference. Keeps me calm.So... is fishing the solution? Who would have thought!
