Nope, pretty much the same as it has always been

Greetings fellow CMRDs and Frontier Development.
If you haven't already, take the time to watch the latest post on Vindicator Jones' channel. You'll find another great example of some balanced and well thought out ideas that address the fundamental mechanics of Open gameplay.
The issues of Combat Logging, Griefing and Ganking are becoming an ever increasing problem within the game and I feel it needs to be more actively prioritised be Frontier. There are many sound ideas out there to address them and this is another great example.
I would personally like to see the very heart of Elite Dangerous beating at full strength, rather than being prescribed endless patches and point updates that act like steroid injections, often only masking the real health issues of the game.

I completely agree with VJ's points in the video. The only thing I would add is that an additional CMDR slot or two would really help too - I for one would happily use an alt CMDR to explore other gameplay such as piracy, PvP etc (without having to resort to an additional account or two) but I'm not keen on tainting my main CMDR's stats with such activities.
It's not that much of a big deal to have two launchers though. They both use the same data for joystick config, etc. but you can permanently assign them to each CMDR you have and just boot from whichever you want to play
Unless you use steam ofc
Except the cost to purchase additional accounts of course - not a lot of money true, but money I don't believe I should have to spend when the KS indicated multiple CMDR slots would be included.
Good summarisation of what I believe represents the opinion of the majority of the playerbase.
Too bad is just another useless cry on the altar of FDEV's indifference.
Private and open modes have facilitated FD in not investing in a considered crime and punishment system.
If these modes did not exist and the crime and punishment system was still as it is, their player base and income would have diminished to the few who currently occupy and dominate open play.
Murder in-game should have severe and long lasting consequences.
(Yes, I was murdered in Founder's, just an hour ago).
