First ice planet with biological I've come across.

There's 1-2 fruits per tree that look very out of place 😹 Sometimes they get stuck in the branches, but it's possible to just go jump on them and they'll fall out.
It's so hard to find planets or moons with both geology and biology (those are my favorite), when I do there's one or two bio signs at most and crystal mats give rarer harder-to-find mats in my limited experience.

VO's and Alex seem to give a healthy income - if you can get enough of them! :D

For me, and I appreciate I have the tools so probably not something a newcomer can do, farming platinum is my main source of income should I choose. I can get ~300mCR selling just over 1,000 per mining excursion.

I used to make 10's of millions doing cargo hauling missions but they seem to have been nerfed somewhat the last time I looked.

Still, as has been said, getting 100's of millions is still fairly easy and pretty necessary if one wants to own and pay UC on an FC! On foot mission rewards won't cut it...
Oh yeah, I know there are more efficient ways of making money. Laser mining is just too boring for me nowadays. I just came back from a year long exploration trip, so wanted something a little bit more involved.

Once I replenish my money reserves I'm off to do some foot missions to get the ranks and materials for upgrading my gear.

They are super rare in my experience. I think these are the 3rd/4th vacuum worlds I've found with it, but the first 2 didn't actually have any surface features that I could find.

I have found just 2 atmospheric bio+geo worlds to date, both of them were just bacteria.

Which is weird because everything I know suggests live and volcanism do actually go together since the latter can be an energy source for the former 🤔

You can find them by going to a public terminal, all bases have one or two. Then just look them up in the Staff section and mark them. Then you'll have a pointer on your HUD to their location.

Or just look around. They have an icon over their head.
Thanks. I drove around in the SRV until I found the right person with the marker over their head. I'll look for a terminal next time I try.

Finally reached Jacques Station after a while following the Colonia bridge (stopping every three or four waypoints).
Looked at transfer cost for my Corvette (850 million credits)
Bought a Krait mk2 instead, fitted her out for mining. 10 osmium later, unlocked and maxed out Marsha Hicks.
Stored all the mining stuff at Colonia Orbital, filled up with cargo racks and explosive weaponry. Off to Colonia Hub for 200 progenitor cells.
Unlocked and maxed out Petra, and that's all the Horizons engineers done.

Might trial a Mamba as a bounty hunting ship next, but I've still got those tourist destinations I picked up in Shinrarta Dezhra to check out...

This mug madness continues! What is with these mugs?! Are they coated in Onionhead Gamma or something? Are they the Air Jordans of the future??
Every time I check the Passenger Lounge, there's always a group that wants to go to the ass end of the bubble for one! Is there no DHL in the future???

It's just a mug, people! Print off a sticker and put in on a blank mug!
Galnet should do a story on it. Something like "Passenger pilots frustrated by For the Mug requests" or "Mug craze lands on humanity's desks, annoying pilots"
I play Horizons not Odyssey (yet) so it wouldn't surprise me if there's a game mechanic where customer walk up to you at the bar and ask for a ride to Hutton for the damn mug. If there isn't, don't listen to me, FDEVs. Forget everything I just said...
