I'd like to see a stygian red suit.

If that helps, the Artemis suit you complete at the higher levels of Exobiology (Helmet unlock at Elite) is pretty close.
I have all that except the helm. That's a long way off!

Well it is likely to want battery increase so you can cut more stuff open, more storage so you can knick more in one trip then more oxygen so you can run away further?Planning on getting this to G5 - it'll have quiter footsteps but I'm undecided on other mods:

Footsteps, battery cap, backpack... and... either shield regen or sprint duration I think.
It'll be part of a stealth build: I already have a build for nefarious feevery.

Depends on how you approach stealth. For example, in my stealth build I never engage in open combat, so I never use shields and my 4th module is night vision. I use that suit for both the sniper and the unarmed build.
But I have reduced tool consumption instead of battery cap.
