I like that first picture, reminds me of my exploration days. As for your paint job, the trick is to start a bidding war between Maaco and Earl Scheib and as I've mentioned before you could always go the DIY route and rattle can it. Anyway, keep the cool pictures coming.

Penny touched down safely last night, and surpassed her dearly remembered grand pappy, Rupee Noon, for exploration mettle.
Some the file names got mixed up but I might have these highlights labeled close to correctly!

Incidentally, what resolution are they at?
The photos were shot with a Manticore Intimidator and the resolution is 2560x1440

Never actively sought them out so this accidental happenstance was very welcome!
Interestingly, I was able to scan them with the bio scanner although they didn't show up as "A Thing" in Elite Observatory. I'll be interested in what Vista Genomics have to say about them... probably sweet Adam.

Vista will pay for them though I forget how much, Elite Observatory doesn’t handle any of the Horizons bios so Bark Mounds also have to be done the old fashioned way with no clues if you are far enough away for the next sample.A first for me! Brain trees!

IIRC, one time I landed in a field of brain trees of three different colors and they were all separately scannable. Lots of running around that day...A first for me! Brain trees!

Well, if there were dice involved, they most likely were just for show. Quite like the front persons you had to interact with - they mostly just relayed you the rules someone in a soundproof back room made up, albeit still being able to mess you up cn their own accords, all with a straight face.
