That's what the orrery view is for. Being a 3d view, you can easily tell what's where.Here's a curious one. An ammonia world in orbit around a gas giant. The question I have is: what is the next planet doing? Logically, it looks to me like the ringed body to the right of the one arrowed is orbiting the ammonia world... but that can't be, surely. I am missing the bleeding obvious, I knoow

The flat 2D view can never fully show the 3D positions -- it's just a flat diagram.
Usually that's fine, but for complex systems just pop open the orrery view and see what's what.
