Well, that was really unsuccessful attempt at finding phat lewtz for other players. Ho hum.
Yeah, I was landing at an outpost in sunlight earlier with a white radar screen, so that was fun. Particularly with the Corsair having an odd centre of gravity with all the weight at the back. You'd think this issue would've come up in testing. It looks nice and all but it's bad design in terms of practicality.Today I am intending to get a little more engineering done on my Corsair then it will be back to the CG for a little more shooting around the outpost, though I might try the scenery at one of the other CZs instead.
I like the Corsair quite a lot but the stock paint job is bad, fortunately for my Arx balance non of the available ones in the shop appeals, the front hoop in the canopy really shouldn’t be there but is mostly ignorable, what is really irritating is the reflection behind the object compas holo display which makes it unusable at times.
I did notice a couple on my way back to the CG from mat activity, like a Dominator suit with added melee damage, but I stolez em. I also noticed I went through the bother of making my blank G3 Artemis suit pretty even though I had one with night vision. That situation has been remedied.Well, that was really unsuccessful attempt at finding phat lewtz for other players. Ho hum.

Congrats! o7
We all need to get our CQC rank up. Must do better.
... I may go exploring again soon - really need to venture (much) further than I have.
Yes. Southern Germany, the variety is called "Schwäbische Weinweichsel". Usually (as the name implies) grown in vinyards, but where I live, the climate is a bit too rough for wine (except a couple of russian/siberian varieties). Rather sour, pretty much the only thing you can use them for is marmelade/jelly (what I'm going to do later this weekend) or alcohol.Hi
Are they homegrown?....just wondered

I'm still in the process of engineering my suits.Whew.
That was hairy.
Took on an eliminate-scavengers-from-a-base mission. Got there, 9 disembarked.
Took out six, another ship landed. Up to 15 now. Started collecting more scalps.
Another 2 ships landed. Whaaa.... in the end, there were 26 scavs.
Thing was, though, they weren't nearly as hard to defeat as enemies in a high GCZ.
I was trying a new loadout. A GCZ Dom suit but all weapons silenced. It did help a bit - they were all clumped in groups of about three or four which was manageable and the quiet bang-bangs kept the others at bay until I was ready. Did have to resort to a medkit a few times though and a couple of trips back to the SRV for replenishment - the base wasn't powered up.
It's a separate game, like an arena type battle, around some stations/outposts things. I've only seen a couple videos of it, and never tried it. It's never been very popular, and the last few posts I've seen about it were people complaining that there's no one to fight. Empty place.Seems like we're all helpless in CQC.
I don't even know what it means exactly.
I never found a use for "quieter footsteps" because crouching already makes your steps silent. shrugI want to use the silent stuff for the Maverick.
