Well, for some time (while money was hard to come by and we still had a proper ship progression), the FAS was considered the natural progression on the combat path after the Vulture.Down to 18% hull to a darn "dangerous" FAS....

That mofo only give me 5digit bounty but it was darn tough and flying nicely keeping it tail away from me.
And the canopy always was the Vulture's weak spot - which is why I still recommend to get an A rated life support.

On that subject, they should allow your suit's o2 supply to work when the canopy is blown (e.g. if you had extra o2 mod).
She'd/He'd would look great in the second pilot seat of my Cobra Mk III. Is she/he available? I pay well ......
I just learnt something I should have known: you don't have to fight your way out of a PWR building (or into it) if there is more than one egress. Furthermore, the Mav suit isn't ideal for combat anyway.
I've practically nothing in the way of suit or weapon mods having only just got the expanded back pack. What weapon would you recommend?
I was just using a G3 mavy and a noisy exec. So they would come running. But sitting on top of the power stations roof.
If I crouched they would lob a few grenades and think the got me. I kept my suit shield always off. Switch it on when the grenade appears and move away. Then off again.
They had lost line of site so could not confirm and returned to patrol. This looped every time I shot one while they walked away.
When I picked up G2 exec with audio mask shooting from high and to distance kept me safe. Added a tormentor with noise supp for indoor work then added audio for indoor/outdoor work.

Are G-Meds the same things as "Genetic Repair Meds"?

Killed a dual TV beam (Sith red lazor) vulture, then this FDL arrived. w t f is that blue lazor!? almost bring his shield down, but looks like that blue thing strike through shield...have to bug out before too late.

Phasing effect
We can put it on pulse and bursts lasers and on plasmas
NPC's can have it on beams too (well, mostly on beams)
I like cyan lasers personally although my Onion-headed 'Vette prefers green.
The weapons all suck until you get them to G3 and above. But I would recommend the plasma pistol and shotgun unless you are a skilled FPS player and can land all the AR-50 shots while strafing.
As for the Mave, once you get it to G5, I find it good enough for Hi-Res combat zones, I have another G5 Dom with Damage Resist but I dont even bother to switch to it recently.
Yeah, that's what I'm using and it works great. Intimidator and Tormentor. Very macho
The problem I have with the green lasers, especially in ships where they fire over the cockpit, is that they are so bright that I get somewhat dazzled.
