Fundamentally, I can activate the jump from anywhere in the galaxy, so long as I am not sitting on a chair (excluding the seat on a ship).

Fundamentally, I can activate the jump from anywhere in the galaxy, so long as I am not sitting on a chair (excluding the seat on a ship).
I am not sure if this is old news but in Horizons, if you are at a crystal site, relogging to main menu does not reset the needle crystals and fragments etc.
It does now. Which makes collecting G4 raw materials a breeze. Not much need to go to the crystal forests anymore.

I scheduled a second jump back to the Admin system.
I'm going to remove the Bar, it doesn't offer me anything and is fairly expensive. I have zero need to put 100 items in there, to be sold at prices that make no sense. I don't know what FD are thinking here.
But after the jump I'm still in the same place. Waited 45 minutes to go nowhere.
Rescheduled the jump. Maybe it will work this time.

OK, like everyone here, I jumped back to my FC to kick the new Captain's chair.
1. The interior is just begging for ARX to be spent on customisation. Do it please FDev. Even the guard with the AR-50 (is it AR-50 for everyone?) when you enter the concourse - allow us to spend ARX to customise the uniform and weapon.
2. The Captain's office. C'mon! Let us spend ARX!
3. I want more eye Candy bridge bunnies.
4. I am being tight fisted and refusing to install those services for now. Suspended signboards everywhere.
Are you guys having multiple disembarking bugs? I boarded, re-boarded, even switched from Krait to Cutter and it still allows me to disembark. Lucky me. No re-log needed.

At the moment I am keeping it on my main's FC, just for the looks. The cost, space allocation and weekly upkeep are objectively ridiculous for what it's worth now, considering that, possibly, no one else will ever visit it.
Can't wait to see the jump, but I knew that it was going to be a mess with the servers, so I will wait until tonight, or maybe tomorrow, I am in no rush.
My home system has FC admin anyway so I am relaxed and quite happy, overall.
Using the new human ability of "sitting", I was able to shoulder-surf and perform some identity theft. I was even able to watch her enter her passwords. I'm such a H4k0rz
They'll probably increase the 100 item limit, but I doubt they'll do anything else. It wouldn't fit their pattern of only tweaking the easy stuff. They hardly ever actually do a redesign.
In any case, since I play Solo and plan to spend a fair amount of time in the black, there's no reason for a Bar. I won't be going there myself, there's no reason to do so. I can't even get a drink
In fact, I doubt I will ever watch the jump again, either. It's not interesting enough to get me to walk over there. Having an interior on the FC is cool and all, but there's nothing to do -- no new gameplay -- unless perhaps you are a socialite with lots of friends who want to gather there. But even then, with no local chat...why? Take a ride somewhere together? I don't know.
All I really wanted was a Vista Genomics, and I got that. They could have just added a menu for it and I'd have been happy. Actually I might have preferred that to having to disembark to sell. Lol. I really am a codger eh?
No sign of that behaviour in Odyssey and no tyre tracks either which is new.

I think the biggest beneficiaries of this upgrade are those FCs parked at places like Beagle point or Sag A. Opens up much more options for players.

The Megaship datalink missions are a nice little earner. Though I ended up in another firefight. Found a raider, started shooting and somehow Elite thought I was on the side of the Raiders. Didn't even try. Did mean though that the Raiders were green until I started firing on them and went green again when I stopped. Took out several ships including assisting taking out a Conda for a 900k bounty. Was firing on a Python raider, was very close until one of the good guys decided to fly right between us and I briefly caught it on my lasers. 300 bounty incurred and every man and his dog was now shooting at me to earn pennies. What a game
I had the same initially - on checking the res had changed.
Reset it back to 1920x1080 and all good.

Wait, are you saying in Odyssey, the material reset upon relog was always there? Or only this patch or recently?
I am very sure in Horizons, the materials dont reset on relog.
Looks like I need to go and do some credit gathering to pay for the extra facilities I just bought. A fleet carrier owners lot is not a cheap one
I actually don’t like that change - I never relog as it feels like cheating, breaks my immersion. Guess I just like making life hard for myself. Explains why it took me so long to get rich!
You’re not wrong! I’m running at jsut 13.5m a week but it needs keeping an eye on. It’s the definitive luxury item.
