The islands will have it be their own separate habitat. I’d recommend starting the habitat with the gate to the left of the little suspension bridge. Place null barriers around the perimeter of the top of both of the islands, including the crossing points between them. Then use rocks and climbable items for them to cross between the islands and prevent them from getting down to the ground level since that would technically be escaping. That should keep your monkeys up above and everything else below. I hope that makes sense.

I started making a llama habitat now that we have the South America pack on console and I was pretty dismayed by how few compatible foliage options they have. At first I thought I had my filters messed up. All things South America really need to be heavily featured in the next DLC’s, however many there are.
Yeah... I'm using mostly African trees for my zoo so far. We only have huge tropical trees/plants or very outdated looking plants (and again mostly tropical).
Yea idk why I find more joy in building up the nature of the habitat

I’m right there with you both. 9 times out of 10 I’m using an in game prefab for a shelter.
I would create a new religion worshiping you if you do that
But in all seriousness i would love at least a modular backstage set for different type of animals (semiaquatic, primates, birds, cats, small burrowing animals, etc). I can build the building shell but is all the detail with the cages, doors, nesting boxes etc that annoys me lol

Chacoan/white lipped peccaries (haven't decided yet), capuchins and red footed tortoises. I was going to include curassows as well but i don't want to net the enclosure so i'll add them with the howlers later in a similar enclosure but netted.

I can upload it later if you want, but my aviary is super simple. It's just a rectangle. I used the in-game mesh barrier for the inclined sides so that I don't need to worry about not having triangular mesh pieces.Would you be so kind to upload the frame to steam?

I'll be uploading more aviaries onto the workshop for those who need, I found some fantastic examples from the Temaiken Bioparque I'll be using for my creative zoo.
