I'd love so much to be able to redo Rock'n'Roller Coaster from Walt Disney Studios at Disneyland Paris. I already did one recreation on RCT3 ( https://youtu.be/7AUb__X7qR4?t=1m52s )
Although I'm pretty sure that I'll sadly have to wait a bit to recreate this one since it not only requires a lot of very specific items that can only be UGC, but it also needs lightshows in order to work, and this being such a "secondary" aspect of the game, I can't imagine them appearing outside of a DLC or an XPAC which is of course totally reasonable given that it takes nothing away from the current gamplay and will only add something later.
Other than that, I'd love to remake Space Mountain Mission 2 or even all of Disneyland Paris!
I'm also quite looking forward to recreating Pirates of the Caribbean! Except for some pirate animatronics and those water/boat rides, we already have almost all the tools to recreate this attraction faithfully which is amazing! I can't remember any attraction that I could recreate in the vanilla version of RCT3! Shows the tremendous quality of PC!
