Now I Have Asked......
Posters on
2000AD Online Forum how many were backers here or if any of them planned to buy the games after it's released to the public if they would like to form their own exclusive group or guild called the
Red-Branch-Knights.
A name well known in Irish folklore and history, but also a name more well known and connected to the famous
2000 AD character
Slaine to people whom have been read the
2000AD comic for the last 30 years.
I was thinking then, maybe I could call my space-craft. (Obviously a
Cobra Mark Three.)
Brain-Biter after
Slaine's preferred weapon. The double-bladed long handle axe.
Bit of stretch, but if you find a big enough stick and attach two
Cobra Mark Three's to it. Both of them back to back or Aft to Aft. You got something that may look like one giant axe weapon like
Slaine's.
I could also name my Space-Craft
The Knucker after the dragon
Slaine stole. I'm also thinking
Dragon-Class space-crafts might be good idea.
I could also use the name
Sky-Chariot or
Cloud-Curraugh
Actual boat that flew with the assistance of
Weird-Stones and the
Drune-Preists that made rise prayers so they could ascend.
A cool name for any of the larger
Ferd-a-lance, Python, Boa, Anaconda ships.
If there's no copyright against these names, of course.
