What's with the ground combat zone AI not moving?

Sorry about the bump but I just had this bug, all the NPCs on both sides just stood around. The enemy ones would shoot back when I came over to kill them but wouldn’t move. Literally shooting fish in a barrel. FDEV not fixed this one still?

Edit: On the plus side this did just unlock Hero Ferrari

I'm pretty sure they've fixed this bug before, probably more than once. I think they just like to shuffle all the bugs back into the deck with each patch.
 
a morning in the life of live server room maintenance(dublin) and why bugs come back and why mission boards etc sometimes wont update
