I’m not saying you’re going to get hate for this. I’m not saying you deserve hate for this. But you deserve a ton of hate for this. You came this close [ ] to going on my open letter.
Pepper has no place on chips.

I’m getting a bit tired of the middle class changing my honest working class food.

As they have been since at least 2016.

But CGs are generally not about how much you contribute, though they do encourage you to try hard, but on how much the community contributes as a whole. Occasionally they provide decals or some other worthwhile individual reward but usually it is just credits.

One of the current CGs is going to reward even the players who don't contribute anything with 3 station upgrades and that after just over a day, so in a sense you are right.

I suspect that a PG of one would look the same to the console network as a multiplayer group and would require the purchase of a premium console account.

So not every commander could make their own PG.
