Hi Edward, which ships are considered "low conspicuous" ships and which are "high conspicuous" ships ?

It's based on ship type, but predominantly the smaller the ship is the less likely they are to be scanned by the Authorities.

While I approve of this, I think it sets a dangerous (pun intended) precedent for people to "request" in-game tributes for famous people who are no longer with us. Is there a starport named after Leonard Nimoy? Robin Williams? The crew of the Challenger Shuttle? You can't arbitrarily out of the blue add a starport in tribute to someone, as noble as the gesture may be, without risking upsetting some people for not adding a starport named after other famous people.

For goodness sake, you don't happen to work in health and safety by any chance? There are already stations named after famous people (both living and dead) and the virtual sky has not fallen. Relax.

It's blatantly obvious that FD can't do *anything* without upsetting some people. I'm glad they ignore such people.

any news on route planner optimisation for explorers in high density star populated areas, having to wait for 20 minutes to plot a 200 ly journey with your ship hanging in space is not fun and having to plot 1 jump at a time to the max of your FSD jump range takes a very long time too.

Ditto...It was worse on a jump to jump basis than when a route was planned. Had to keep double checking..lol

Yes this one is far more annoying than the system map bug.
